Adventures in Caking

So, I've recently decided to amp up my skills in baking and cake decorating. I've been decorating cakes for a few years now for my family, but recently some of my friends have started asking me to do cakes for them, too. I decided if I was going to start making cakes for others, I ought to go get some training. So last month I attended the Wilton Decorating Basics class at my local hobby center. It was awesome and it affirmed that I love to do this! So here's my blog to chronicle my adventures in caking...
